We’re so glad you’re here! All orders ship from our warehouse in Texas, USA, and we work hard to get everything on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders placed before 12 PM CST (Monday–Friday) ship out the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.
During busy moments—like launches or sales—processing may take up to 5 business days. Once your order ships, your transit time officially begins.

Domestic orders ship with DHL, USPS, or UPS, and international orders may ship with DHL, UPS, or your local carrier depending on your location and the method selected.

Preorders

Items marked preorder will include an estimated ship date on the product page. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, everything will ship together once all items are ready. If you prefer them sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

A Few Helpful Notes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order—we’re unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.
If an international order is not picked up/accepted upon delivery and the package is marked RETURN TO SENDER, please note that due to shipping prices, the carrier will choose to not return and instead discard the package as abandoned.
For international customers, duties and import taxes aren’t included in your order total and will be collected by your local carrier at delivery or pickup. 

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, customs, or carrier delays. While we can’t control these circumstances, we’ll always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
