RETURN POLICY

RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Duties are the responsibility of customer to be paid directly to carrier. Please note that due to freight costs, all international sales are considered final, though customer may pay for return shipping for a store credit within 21 days. INDIE BLUE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We are currently shipping to Canada, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom and eager to add more regions as we can. Please feel free to reach out to hello@theindieblue.com to find out when we will serve your specific region.

 

US RETURNS

We accept merchandise within 21 days of your order being placed for returns, unless the item is specifically marked FINAL SALE in the product name. Regular sale items are returnable.

Returned item must be received within 21 days of your order date, and still be new with tags attached, in original packaging and not worn or damaged in any way. Shipping charges will not be credited and if shipping was free and the return makes the total order less than the $150 cut-off for free shipping, then a shipping charge will also be factored into the store credit.
