Your order will be processed as soon as possible, and we do our best to fulfill the oldest orders first. Most orders ship out within 2-5 days from the time your order is placed, unless a pre-order that will be specified on the product. Please note that orders may not be cancelled once placed. INDIE BLUE is not responsible for entry errors during order placement. Please check your shipping address.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We accept merchandise within 21 days of your order being placed for returns, unless the item is a sale item. All sale items are final.
Returned item must be received within 21 days of your order date, and still be new with tags attached, in original packaging and not worn or damaged in any way. Shipping charges will not be credited and if shipping was free and the return makes the total order less than the $150 cut-off for free shipping, then a shipping charge will also be factored into the store credit. HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
Only orders that make it back to us within 21 days of your order date are eligible for store credit. To complete your return, we ask that you email us first to notify us it's coming at Hello@TheIndieBlue.com. If you would like to receive a return label via USPS, please indicate that — label charges will be deducted from store credit. When mailing, be sure to include the receipt or order number with name, address and email used to purchase.
