We hope you love your order! If something doesn’t work out, returns and exchanges are easy through our Returns Portal. We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of the ship date. Items on sale are returnable, unless they are marked FINAL SALE.

Return Eligibility

We recommend trying items on as soon as they arrive. To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Returned within 21 days of the ship date

Items marked FINAL SALE in product name cannot be returned or exchanged.

US Returns

Start your return through our Returns Portal to receive a prepaid label and instructions.

• Returns must be mailed within 21 days of receiving your label.
• Unused labels expire after 21 days.

International Returns

International customers may return eligible items using their preferred local carrier.

• Returns must be delivered to us within 21 days from the date shown on your tracking with duties and customs paid.
• Prepaid labels are not provided for international orders.

Packages refused, unclaimed, or marked “Return to Sender” may be considered abandoned by the carrier and will not be eligible for store credit.

Non-Sellable Condition Returns

Returns received in worn or used condition will not be eligible for store credit.

If this happens, we’ll email you with the option to have the item shipped back for a flat $15.95 return-back fee.

If the fee is not paid within 7 business days, the return will be forfeited.
