We hope you love your order! However, if something doesn’t work out, you may return your unworn, unwashed item(s) that is free of stains, odors, animal hair, or other damage in its original packaging with all original tags still attached within 21 days of the ship date for store credit or exchange only.
Items marked Final Sale or purchased from our Final Sale section, items purchased during our site-wide BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, or END OF YEAR SALES, as well as items in our Accessories collection are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers within the US may opt-in for our return protection at checkout with Checkout+ by paying a small returns fee. If you choose not to pay this fee at checkout, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee when submitting your return.
To initiate your return, visit our Returns Portal where you will receive a shipping label and instructions on how to mail back. Returns must be mailed within 21 days of receiving the label or the label will be voided.
Customers outside of the US are responsible for their own shipping labels through their local carrier. International returns must be received within 21 days of delivery date listed on tracking. Please mail your items back to the following address with all shipping and fees paid:

Please Note:
- If you receive a Final Sale item damaged or flawed, please contact us to submit a return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or are not in returnable condition for health and safety reasons.
- Store Credit will expire if not used within one calendar year of issue date.
Customers within the US: Returns received as “Return to Sender” due to incorrect address, non-delivery, or refusal of order will be charged for extra shipping costs along with an additional $14.99 processing fee that will be deducted from your store credit
Customers outside the US: Orders that are refused or not picked up, resulting in being marked 'Exception' or 'Return to Sender', will result in the order being marked “abandoned” by the CARRIER and will be ineligible for store credit or a return.
