INDIE BLUE gladly accepts returns within 21 days from the ship date for Store Credit or Exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Free exchanges are available for orders placed within the US through our Returns Portal when wanting to exchange for a different size of the same style. Please reach out to Hello@theindieblue.com if you would like to exchange for a different style or color.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Unless previously contacted about flawed items, returns received as “damaged” or with obvious signs of wear (ie: hairs, animal fur, deodorant, dampness, cigarette odors, or stains) will be refused and will be ineligible for store credit as these could cause serious health risks to future customers.
  • Items purchased marked 'Final Sale' or listed in our "Final Sale" section are final and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange, unless item is flawed.
  • Items under our "Sale" section ARE eligible to be returned for Store Credit or Exchange.
  • Items purchased during BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, AND END OF YEAR SALES are considered Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Items in our Accessories collection are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers within the US may visit our Returns Portal where they will receive a shipping label and instructions on how to mail back. Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the label or the label will be voided. Returns will be charged a $9.99 handling fee to cover shipping and processing.

    Customers outside of the US are responsible for their own shipping labels through their local carrier. International returns must be received within 21 days of original ship date. Please mail your items back to the following address with all shipping and fees paid:

    Customers within the US: Returns received as “Return to Sender” due to incorrect address,non-delivery, or refusal of order will be charged for extra shipping costs along with an additional $14.99 processing fee that will be deducted from your store credit

    Customers outside the US: Orders that are refused or not picked up, resulting in being marked 'Exception' or 'Return to Sender', will result in the order being marked “abandoned” by the CARRIER and will be ineligible for store credit or a return.
