Our shipping warehouse is conveniently located in Texas within the United States. Orders are often able to be processed and out the door the same day the order is placed if before NOON CST on a business day (Monday through Friday).

Please confirm all shipping details before checkout as we are not able to make changes once an order is placed or has been shipped. For more information concerning our Cancellation/Order Changing policy, please check out our FAQ page.

For orders placed within the US, the following shipping options are available at the listed price.

For orders placed outside of the US, the following shipping options are available.

Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in item price or shipping cost. It is the customer's responsibility and will be collected by the local carrier upon delivery or pick up.

Priority Shipping is not available as orders are filled in the order in which they are received.

*Orders containing specialty items like our Mystery Bundles or items purchased during New Releases and seasonal sale events like Black Friday where order volume is high, may take up to 7 business days for orders to be shipped. Pre-Order items will ship according to ship estimate within the description of that item.

**These timelines are estimates based on carrier quoted estimates and are not guaranteed. On occasions, orders will ship outside of the listed timeframes. In rare instances, international orders may take additional time as carriers shift routes based on global or local weather, events, or closures. In this event, INDIE BLUE, is not responsible if orders take longer than the estimated time but will work with the customer and carrier to ensure the order is delivered as soon as it is able.
