Our shipping warehouse is conveniently located in Texas within the United States. Orders are often able to be processed and out the door the same day the order is placed if before NOON CST on a business day (Monday through Friday).

Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in item price or shipping cost. It is the customer's responsibility and will be collected by the local carrier upon delivery or pick up.
Priority Shipping is not available as orders are filled in the order in which they are received.
*Orders containing specialty items like our Mystery Bundles or items purchased during New Releases and seasonal sale events like Black Friday where order volume is high, may take up to 7 business days for orders to be shipped. Pre-Order items will ship according to ship estimate within the description of that item.
