The Wendy dress is true to size with flexibility as the straps allow for sizing. 

Length measurements are as follows and don't include straps (center front length).  Allow for a 1 inch variance.

3T - 30 inches
4T - 32 inches
5T - 34 inches
6Y - 36 inches
8Y - 38.5 inches
10Y - 43 inches
12/14Y - 45 inches
